Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel without penalty up to 14 days before your arrival date (minus processing fees). After that, we will refund 50% (minus processing fees) of your payment if you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.
